We will be using a recurring Zoom meeting (link below). This is the only link you will need. Please login a few minutes in advance, as we will start each meeting on time. Each session will be delivered twice each week on Wednesday and Thursday, You may attend either or both as your schedule will allow.

The first hour will be recorded so you can watch any sessions you are unable to attend live. Each recorded session will be followed by an open Q&A (optional) to address any topics previously covered. The Q&A portion of the workshop will not be recorded.

NOV 2 – 2pm MT & NOV 3 – 9am MT
Navigating the Software: This session will focus on navigation and the many value-added features of RazorPlan that will help you grow and scale your business.
NOV 9 – 2pm MT & NOV 10 – 9am MT
Client Onboarding: This session will focus on the 3 ways you can easily gather and enter client data and how to quickly analyze results to identify the opportunities and obstacles facing your client. Dave will also share a simple checklist that will motivate your clients to take action.
NOV 16 – 2pm MT & NOV 17 – 9am MT
Personal Life Insurance: This session will focus on how to incorporate life insurance in your analysis, using both “Concepts” and “Integrated Needs Analysis” to add greater value when recommending insurance solutions. Dave will also show you a better way to illustrate the “Estate Bond” strategy that takes less time and results in larger premium.
NOTE: There will be no sessions the last 2 weeks of November
DEC 7 – 2pm MT & DEC 8 – 9am MT
Corporate Life Insurance: This session will focus on how to evaluate corporate life insurance needs using an “Integrated Needs Analysis” that includes advanced estate tax calculations for both “Loss-Carry-Back” and “Pipeline Planning”. Dave will also show you how easy it is to add a Corporate IRP Strategy using a simple insurance illustration exported from any insurance company software.
DEC 14 – 2pm MT & DEC 15 – 9am MT
Retirement “Accumulation” Planning: This session will focus on accumulation planning and how to use the “Cash Flow Allocation” feature to add greater value. You will also learn how easy it is to illustrate the “Retirement Risk Zone” using both historical and random rates of return. Dave will also show you how to use the retirement analysis to find additional premium dollars to fund your client’s life insurance needs.
NOTE: There will be a 3 week break for Christmas
JAN 11 – 2pm MT & JAN 12 – 9am MT (this is the last formal session)
Retirement “Decumulation” Planning: This session will focus on decumulation planning and how to use the “Wealth at Risk” (WaR) feature to allocate income withdrawals between RRSP, Non-Registered, TFSA, LIRA and Corporate Investments for maximum value. Additionally, you can use WaR to determine the best age to begin CPP and OAS to reduce the probability of your client out living their money. Dave will also show you how to easily transition from Retirement Planning to Estate Planning and how to identify needs and establish funding for permanent insurance solutions.
On Going “Office Hours” for additional help and individual case support
These sessions are all about helping you get maximum value out of RazorPlan and the workshops. Each week Dave will review actual cases to create recommendations and solutions you can implement. Cases will be shared without personal information and no commission split will be required.
Office Hours will start on Thursday January 19, 2023 and run until April 2023. Each session will be 1 hour every Thursday at 10:00am Mountain Time, (9:00am Pacific Time).
